New at La Poya: Focacceria Chez Tonton!

A new gourmet spot is joining La Poya’s lunchtime line-up: from Thursday 3 September, Focacceria Chez Tonton will be here every week, from 11 am to 3 pm, opposite Building 2.

On the menu: artisanal focaccias, made with long-fermented homemade focaccia and generously filled. Mortadella from Italy, pastrami prepared by a butcher in Fribourg, homemade pestos and sauces: every ingredient is carefully selected to create delicious, well-balanced recipes. Drinks and sweet treats complete the offering.

Homemade food, quality ingredients and plenty of flavour: a new lunch break to discover every Thursday at La Poya!
