A new gourmet lunch break awaits you at La Poya!
On the menu: artisanal focaccias made with long-fermented homemade dough and generously filled with carefully selected ingredients. Italian mortadella, pastrami prepared by a butcher in Fribourg, homemade pestos and sauces are just some of the flavours on offer. Drinks and a selection of sweet treats complete the lunch menu.

Fancy a lunch break with a difference? Taqueria Don Vergas comes to La Poya every Tuesday, serving Mexican cuisine prepared on site using mainly local ingredients.
On the menu: quesadillas, quesa-birria, tacos estilo barbacoa, cochinita al pastor, as well as vegetarian options. The recipes combine Mexican flavours and seasonings with Swiss ingredients, in a welcoming, artisanal spirit.
