La Poya welcomes the DÉFI VÉLO Final

On Wednesday, 17 June, the La Poya district will be pleased to host the DÉFI VÉLO Final, a national initiative promoting cycling among young people aged 15 to 20.
On this occasion, around 250 young people from across Switzerland will take part in a cycling treasure hunt through the City of Fribourg, starting and finishing in the heart of the La Poya district.
Active throughout Switzerland, DÉFI VÉLO mainly takes place in upper secondary schools, raising awareness among young people about cycling and road safety in a fun and engaging way. This year, the event is also celebrating its 15th anniversary.
We are delighted to host this national event and to see the La Poya district contribute to the promotion of active, responsible and community-minded mobility.
