Good news for taco lovers: the Taqueria Don Vergas food truck is back at La Poya every Tuesday, from 11:30 am to 3 pm.

On the menu: quesadillas, quesa-birria, tacos barbacoa, cochinita al pastor and vegetarian options, prepared on site using local ingredients.
Taqueria Don Vergas combines Mexican recipes and seasonings with ingredients sourced mainly from Swiss producers, with a focus on local, artisanal food.
